FREELANCE ADVENTURE FACILITATOR
Responsibilities:
The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Organise and facilitate teambuilding programmes and adventure activities
- Be part of a team to manage and promote Outdoor training
- Able to customize life-skills and character development programmes for both outdoor and indoor learning platforms for Youths, Educators and Corporate Clients
Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years of working experience preferably in outdoor adventure related background.
- Candidates with experience in EITHER sport climbing, abseiling, wilderness medical first responder, safety and management of challenge ropes course, first aid and team building facilitation will have an added advantage.
- Have good communication skills
- Be able to work effectively with people of all ages
- Must be physically fit & medically fit
