TEAM VISION -- a division of the IPC Group of Companies -- has been specially established to cater to the numerous requests from the Group's affinity partners to assist them in staff training, bonding, leadership skills. We've now taken a step further by incorporating our training to cater to Schools as well.

Team Vision is focused on creating positive improvements in individuls throiugh its life-skills and self-development course and programmes. Team Vision prides in building its pool of training facilitators who are experienced and knowledgeable in their field of expertise.

Team Vision was initially formed in July 2000 by a group of 3 enterprising individuals with the primary focus of creating positive improvements in individuals. With our strong believe in experiential learning Team Vision developed its signature programme Max Fun! Max Learn! – a series of self-development life-skills training programmes, seminars, forums and facilitated networking events. Our programmes and events are activities-based and ensures the participants have maximum fun while gaining maximum learning relating to their work and their personal life.

Our other trademark programme Master Communicator was developed by Team Vision with the passion to equip as many individuals as possible with the essential skill of communication and to spread the power of communication and presentation.

We owe our continued success to our invaluable and supportive clients who are from small and medium enterprises, government agencies, statutory boards, multi-national corporations and educational institutions.
